this is my version of waldorf salad good during the christmas and new year season

Ingredients

  • 3 medium apples, red delicious, cored, unpeeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup low-fat white kraft salad dressing
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

How To Make waldorf salad

  • Step 1
    Combine apple, celery, and raisins in a medium bowl. Combine low-fat salad dressing and lemon juice, stirring well to blend, add the fruit mixture, and toss lightly to coat well.
  • Step 2
    Cover and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled then serve ummmmm.
