How to Make Tangy Cranberry Sauce
- Use double boiler and add 1 cup sugar or coconut palm sugar, 1 cup water, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon vanilla.
- Grate peel of one tangerine or lemon and juice into mixture.
- Stir occasionally cranberry mixture over double boiler adding more water to keep double boiler from running out of boiling water. Stir mixture until all the cranberries have popped open & started to thicken.
