Slow-cooked apple crisp w/ pecans
5 largegranny smith apples, peeled, cut into thick chunks
2 Tbsplemon juice
3/4 cdark brown sugar
1 cchopped pecans
How to Make Slow-cooked apple crisp w/ pecans
- Spray a 6-quart slow-cooker w/ cooking spray. Place apples in cooker. Drizzle w/ lemon juice and stir to coat.
- In bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Cover, cook on high for 2-1/2 hrs. Sprinkle w/ pecans and serve.
