Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooking apples, cut into 1/2" slices
  • 1/4 cup diet cranberry juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon peel
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1 cup low-fat grano
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup fat-free caramel sauce

How To Make simmered apple crisp w/ granola

  • Step 1
    In lg skillet, combine apples, cranberry juice and lemon peel. Cook, stirring, over med-high heat 8 mins.
  • Step 2
    Sprinkle w/ allspice. Spoon mix into dessert bowls. Sprinkle w/ granola and pecans. Drizzle w/ caramel sauce and serve.
