  • 1/4 c
    diet cranberry juice
  • 1 tsp
    lemon peel
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground allspice
  • 1 c
    low-fat grano
  • 1/4 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1/4 c
    fat-free caramel sauce

How to Make Simmered apple crisp w/ granola

Step-by-Step

  1. In lg skillet, combine apples, cranberry juice and lemon peel. Cook, stirring, over med-high heat 8 mins.
  2. Sprinkle w/ allspice. Spoon mix into dessert bowls. Sprinkle w/ granola and pecans. Drizzle w/ caramel sauce and serve.
