- 1/4 cup diet cranberry juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon peel
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1 cup low-fat grano
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup fat-free caramel sauce

Step 1In lg skillet, combine apples, cranberry juice and lemon peel. Cook, stirring, over med-high heat 8 mins.

Step 2Sprinkle w/ allspice. Spoon mix into dessert bowls. Sprinkle w/ granola and pecans. Drizzle w/ caramel sauce and serve.
