- 2 large red apples, peeled 1/2 down from top, cored
- 1/4 cup low-fat granola cereal
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
How To Make quick microwave "baked" apples

Step 1Place apples in microwave-safe bowl. Cover w/ plastic, loosening 1 corner to vent.

Step 2Microwave on high 2 mins. In bowl, combine cereal, sugar and cinnamon. Stuff mix into apple cores.

Step 3Cover again w/ plastic, microwave 2 mins.
