A new friend sent this to me this morning, and I just had to share it with you. She live " over the pound", so I had to figure out what some of what she was saying. Lol lol. I'm going to give it a try, you should too. ENJOYcooking.....keep it clean

Ingredients

  • ONLY "5" INGREDIENTS AND A BLENDER
  • 1 cup almond meal or crushed raw almonds (even pulp from making almond milk) you decide
  • 1 cup dates, pitted & chopped
  • 1 cup raw nuts (mix)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa, unsweetened (chocolate powder)

How To Make clean-eating delicious raw coconut slice

  • Step 1
    Blend in blender, careful no to cover blend NUTS.
  • Step 2
    Press mixture in lined baking dish ( parchment paper)
  • Step 3
    Store in fridge, and slice once harden. ENJOYcooking.....keep it clean
