- 2/3 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2/3 cup low fat milk
- 2 tablespoons butter,melted
- 2 cups blueberries, cleaned and washed

Step 1PREHEAT OVEN TO 350.

Step 2IN A MEDIUM BOWL, COMBINE FLOUR, SUGAR AND BAKING POWDER. STIR IN THE MILK, AND MIX THE BATTER UNTIL IT IS SMOOTH.

Step 3POUR THE MELTED BUTTER INTO A 1 OR 1 1/2 QUART CASSEROLE DISH. POUR IN THE BATTER, AND SPRINKLE THE BLUEBERRIES ON TOP.

Step 4BAKE THE COBBLER FOR 40-45 MIN. OR UNTIL IT IS LIGHTLY BROWNED.
