Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1-1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1-1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1-1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1-1/2 cup rolled oats, not instant
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2/3 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 stick unsalted butter, cut up
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

How To Make berry fruit-peanut butter crumble

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine cornstarch, lemon juice and 1/4 cup cold water. Stir until cornstarch dissolves. Stir in sugar and berries, mix gently.
  • Step 2
    In another bowl, combine rolled oats, flour brown sugar, cinnamon and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in peanut butter. Sprinkle mix over berries. Bake 20 mins.
