Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1-1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 1-1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1-1/2 cup blackberries
- 1-1/2 cup rolled oats, not instant
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2/3 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 stick unsalted butter, cut up
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
How To Make berry fruit-peanut butter crumble

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine cornstarch, lemon juice and 1/4 cup cold water. Stir until cornstarch dissolves. Stir in sugar and berries, mix gently.

Step 2In another bowl, combine rolled oats, flour brown sugar, cinnamon and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in peanut butter. Sprinkle mix over berries. Bake 20 mins.
