Ingredients
- 2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 2 cups frozen, pitted tart cherries
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
How To Make berry-berry crisp

Step 1In bowl, combine berries, cherries 2 tbsp flour and honey. Mix well.

Step 2Spoon into a 1-1/2 quart baking dish. In another bowl, stir together flaxseed, oats, walnuts, 2 tbsp flour, brown sugar and oil.

Step 3Sprinkle flaxseed mix over fruit. Bake 25 mins, or until bubbly.
