blueberries, fresh or frozen
2 c
frozen, pitted tart cherries
2 Tbsp
flour
1 Tbsp
honey
2 Tbsp
ground flaxseed
1/2 c
rolled oats
1/3 c
chopped walnuts
2 Tbsp
flour
2 Tbsp
light brown sugar
2 Tbsp
canola oil

How to Make Berry-berry crisp

Step-by-Step

  • 1In bowl, combine berries, cherries 2 tbsp flour and honey. Mix well.
  • 2Spoon into a 1-1/2 quart baking dish. In another bowl, stir together flaxseed, oats, walnuts, 2 tbsp flour, brown sugar and oil.
  • 3Sprinkle flaxseed mix over fruit. Bake 25 mins, or until bubbly.
