Ingredients
- 4 cups flour
- 4 sticks butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar (heaping full)
- - filling:
- 1 package 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 can pineapple juice
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 - envelopes, knox unflavored gelatin
- 1 can of peaches, and apricots
- 5 - kiwi fruit
- 1 pint strawberries, washed and sliced
- 4 - banana's

Step 1Put the pineapple juice in a microwave safe bowl; sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over the top and let sit a few minutes. Stir in the powdered sugar and microwave on high for about 5 minutes. Set in refrigerator to set about 2 hours.. Whip it and put this as a glaze on top of your fruit pizza...

Step 2Mix the flour, butter and powdered sugar as you would for pie dough.. Press into pizza pan and bake at 325* for 30 minutes. Remove and cool.

Step 3Mix together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and add a little milk, to make easier to spread.

Step 4Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust...Add your fruits.. then top with juice glaze.. Enjoy!!
