Ingredients

  • 4 c
    flour
  • 4 stick
    butter
  • 1 c
    powdered sugar (heaping full)
  • ·
    filling:
  • 1 pkg
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c
    powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/2 can(s)
    pineapple juice
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 2
    envelopes, knox unflavored gelatin
  • 1 can(s)
    of peaches, and apricots
  • 5
    kiwi fruit
  • 1 pt
    strawberries, washed and sliced
  • 4
    banana's

How to Make Tammy's Fruit Pizza

Step-by-Step

  1. Put the pineapple juice in a microwave safe bowl; sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over the top and let sit a few minutes. Stir in the powdered sugar and microwave on high for about 5 minutes. Set in refrigerator to set about 2 hours.. Whip it and put this as a glaze on top of your fruit pizza...
  2. Mix the flour, butter and powdered sugar as you would for pie dough.. Press into pizza pan and bake at 325* for 30 minutes. Remove and cool.
  3. Mix together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and add a little milk, to make easier to spread.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust...Add your fruits.. then top with juice glaze.. Enjoy!!
