just a very yummy recipe...and lots love nibbling on them too can be frozen=-and keep for days nice and soft too.

Ingredients

1/2 cup shortening
1/1/2 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
3 cups flour
2 - eggs
1 tsp. - vanilla
1 tsp - baking soda
1'1/'2 tsp - baking powder and a pinch of salt

How To Make sour cream cookies

Step 1

Mix all together and chill 1 hr.

Step 2

then out of refrigerator=and drop by teasponfuls on to sheets.and sprinkle
Step 3

sprinkles sugar cinnamon on top
Step 4

bake for 400 for till golden brown but not burnt,,, on ungreased pans....but can lightly sprayed with Pam...if wants....
