Mom's Seven Layer Bars
1/2 cunsalted butter
1 1/2 cfinely crushed graham crackers
6 oz(1 cup) semisweet chocolate chips
6 oz(1 cup) butterscotch pieces
1 1/2 cflaked coconut
1/2 cchopped walnuts
14 ozcan (1 1/3 cups) sweetened condensed milk
How to Make Mom's Seven Layer Bars
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Melt butter; stir in crushed graham crackers. Pat crumb mixture evenly in bottom of an ungreased 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Layer, in order, chocolate pieces, butterscotch pieces, coconut, and walnuts. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over all.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven 30 minutes; cool. Cut into bars. Makes 36 to 48.
