  • 1 c
    crisco oil
  • 1 c
  • 1 c
    maple syrup (pref dark)
  • 2 tsp
  • 2
  • 1 1/3 c
  • 1 1/3 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
  • 2 c
    quick oatmeal

How to Make Maple Oatmeal Bars


  1. Grease a 9x13" pan
    Set oven to 350'
  2. Cream Crisco and sugar, blend in syrup, and vanilla.
    Break eggs into a sm bowl, whisk together. Add to batter.
  3. Combine all dry ingredients, except oats. Add to batter, and mix well.
    Stir in oats.
  4. Spread into pan, and bake 35 minutes.
    Cut while still warm.
