• 1 cup butter, softened
• 2 cups brown sugar
• 2 - eggs
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 4 cups flour
• - chopped pecans
