21/4 cups corn starch (300g)
3/4 cup all purpose flour (100g)
4 - egg yolks
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
10 tablespoons butter, unsalted, soft
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons milk
1 - lemon,zest

How To Make easter cookies

Step 1

Mix dry ingredients, add lemon zest.Add rest of the ingredients.Knead the dough util smooth.

Step 2

Roll the dough to 1/4 inch thick on floured surface and cut with cookie cutters. Bake for 15 minutes 350 F.
