Good cookies.I make them all the time for Easter.

Ingredients

  • 21/4 cups corn starch (300g)
  • 3/4 cup all purpose flour (100g)
  • 4 - egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 10 tablespoons butter, unsalted, soft
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 - lemon,zest

How To Make easter cookies

  • Step 1
    Mix dry ingredients, add lemon zest.Add rest of the ingredients.Knead the dough util smooth.
  • Step 2
    Roll the dough to 1/4 inch thick on floured surface and cut with cookie cutters. Bake for 15 minutes 350 F.
