- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
How To Make delicious almond cookies

Step 1Cream margerine and sugar substitute in a medium bowl, beating at medium speed of a electric mixer until light and fluffy. add egg yolk and flavorings; beat well.

Step 2Combine flour, baking powder, and salt; add to creamed mixture, beating well.

Step 3Shape dough into 1-inch balls; place 2 inches apart on a ungreased cookie sheet. press each with a fork to flatten.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees f, for 15 minutes or until edges begin to brown. Remove cookies to a wire rack, cool completely serve.
