Meringue cookies are flour-less, butter,and oil free.These are light airy,and full of chocolate flavor. I used 60 percent cocoa chocolate chips to make them healthier.

Ingredients
- 3 - egg whites
- 1 cup granulated sugar (splenda)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 cup chocolate chips (60 percent cocoa) or semi sweet
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
How To Make cocoa chocolate chip meringue cookies

Step 1preheat oven to 300 degree's. Line 2 sheet pans with parchment paper.

Step 2beat egg whites to stiff peak stage. sprinkle vanilla on top with vinegar,and blend well.

Step 3add sugar,and cocoa and beat in to egg whites. fold in chocolate chips.

Step 4Drop by heaping teaspoons on to lined pans. Bake for 25 minutes or until crunchy. Cool and remove from parchment paper. Store in loose covered container.
