Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    cocoa powder
  • 3/4 c
    butter
  • 1 can(s)
    140z. sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 c
    120z. semi-sweet chocolate chips,divided
  • 1 c
    walnut pieces
  • 1/2 c
    flaked coconut
  • 1/2 c
    english toffee bits or almond brickle chips

How to Make Chocoholic Toffee Bars

Step-by-Step

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar and cocoa. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press firmly into a greased 9x13" pan. Bake at 350* for 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, heat milk, vanilla, and 1 cup of the chips, stirring until smooth. Pour over the crust. Sprinkle with nuts, coconut, toffee bits, and remaining chocolate chips; press down firmly. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Yield 3 dozen bites... Enjoy!
