My Fiance signed me up for a cookie exchange.. I made these and they were, "the favorite".. Probably one of the best mistakes I've ever made. I had 7 layer salad and 5 layer bars confused.. Wound up making a 7 layer bar.. "A good accident". You will LOVE these!
My daughter said, "It tastes like a kudos bar".
My fiance's coworker/cook said, "Those were freaking awesome"!
I say, "These are the best layer bars, I've ever had".

Step-by-Step

  1. In a 9X13 inch pan. Mix melted butter and graham cracker crumbs. Flatten and smooth out, to make a crust.
  2. Spread Coconut over crust.
  3. Layer morsels, one flavor at a time.
  4. Drizzle Sweetened Condensed milk over entire layers.
  5. Top with Pecans.
  6. Bake @ 350 for approx 30 minutes, Or until edges become golden. Time will depend on oven.
  7. Set aside to cool completely. Cut into 1x1 inch squares. You can make the squares bigger but, with how sweet this is, I wouldn't suggest it.
