My Fiance signed me up for a cookie exchange.. I made these and they were, "the favorite".. Probably one of the best mistakes I've ever made. I had 7 layer salad and 5 layer bars confused.. Wound up making a 7 layer bar.. "A good accident". You will LOVE these!
My daughter said, "It tastes like a kudos bar".
My fiance's coworker/cook said, "Those were freaking awesome"!
I say, "These are the best layer bars, I've ever had".

How to Make 7 Layer Morsel "Magic" Bar

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a 9X13 inch pan. Mix melted butter and graham cracker crumbs. Flatten and smooth out, to make a crust.
  • 2Spread Coconut over crust.
  • 3Layer morsels, one flavor at a time.
  • 4Drizzle Sweetened Condensed milk over entire layers.
  • 5Top with Pecans.
  • 6Bake @ 350 for approx 30 minutes, Or until edges become golden. Time will depend on oven.
  • 7Set aside to cool completely. Cut into 1x1 inch squares. You can make the squares bigger but, with how sweet this is, I wouldn't suggest it.
