sticky chex nests
I use to make this sweet snack every Easter for my niece & nephew when they where small. It was a Easter treat they use to enjoy helping me make. As I was going thru my hand written recipes books, I came across this recipe & thought this would be a perfect time to share it with Easter a week away.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter, room temperature
- 3 cups coconut marshmallows
- 5 cups chex mix, sweet & salty snack mix
- 36 - jelly beans
How To Make sticky chex nests

Step 1Spray regular muffin cups with cooking spray.

Step 2In large microwaveable bowl, microwave the marshmallows & butter on high uncovered for about 1 minute. Stir once & microwave again for 30 seconds again. Stir until smooth.

Step 3Slowly stir in the snack pack mix into mutter mix. Until fully coated.

Step 4Divide the mixture evenly among the cups to form the little nest like shapes. Press the mixture along the bottom & up the sides. Let stand for about 1 hour.

Step 5Then remove the little nest form the cups. Place 3 jelly Beans in each nest & serve
