How to Make Mini Baked Glazed Donuts

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together all the wet ingredients in a small sauce pan using a whisk over medium heat until butter is melted but the mixture is still cool enough to touch, about 4-6 minutes. In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients and use a whisk to mix thoroughly and sift the flour so there are no lumps. Add the wet ingredients to the dry to create a sticky dough.
  2. Using a donut pan, measure out a tablespoon of dough for each donut. Use a wet finger to smooth out the tops to create a nicer looking donut. Bake for 12-14 minutes. Mix together powdered sugar and skim milk with a whisk to form a glaze for your donuts. After the donuts are cooled, dip the tops into the glaze and then promptly shake sprinkles while the glaze is still wet.
  3. Place on wire rack until dry, approximately 1 hour. Mix together powdered sugar and skim milk with a whisk to form a glaze for your donuts.

After the donuts are cooled, dip the tops into the glaze and then promptly shake sprinkles while the glaze is still wet. Place on wire rack until dry, approximately 1 hour.
