Apple Pie Fudge

  • 3 c
    vanilla or white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c
    apple pie filling
  • 3/4 c
  • 3 c
    white sugar
  • 1 c
    heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
    all spice
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 dash(es)

How to Make Apple Pie Fudge


  1. Place the chips, and pie filling (use mostly apples, and cut them up to small pieces) in a large glass mixing bowl; set aside
  2. In a medium size saucepan, over med. heat melt butter, add sugar, cream, nutmeg, allspice, and cinnamon and salt.. stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil.
  3. Once mixture is boiling boil for 4 minutes; remove from heat and pour hot mixture over chips and pie filling, beat on low speed for about 3-4 minutes or until mixture is smooth
  4. Pour mixture into a greased 8 x 8" pan, that has been lined with foil and greased.. refrigerate at least 3-4 hours or overnight before cutting into small pieces! Enjoy!
