Apple Pie Fudge

vanilla or white chocolate chips
1/2 c
apple pie filling
3/4 c
3 c
white sugar
1 c
heavy whipping cream
1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp
all spice
1 tsp
1 dash(es)

How to Make Apple Pie Fudge


  • 1Place the chips, and pie filling (use mostly apples, and cut them up to small pieces) in a large glass mixing bowl; set aside
  • 2In a medium size saucepan, over med. heat melt butter, add sugar, cream, nutmeg, allspice, and cinnamon and salt.. stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil.
  • 3Once mixture is boiling boil for 4 minutes; remove from heat and pour hot mixture over chips and pie filling, beat on low speed for about 3-4 minutes or until mixture is smooth
  • 4Pour mixture into a greased 8 x 8" pan, that has been lined with foil and greased.. refrigerate at least 3-4 hours or overnight before cutting into small pieces! Enjoy!
