- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make strawberry shortcake by granny

Step 1Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Add remainder. Pour into a greased and flowered pan.

Step 2Bake 350 degrees, 25 to 30 minutes.

Step 3Cut fresh strawberries, and add sugar to taste. Pour heaping spoonful on top of cake, and top with whipping cream.
