  • 1 package instant pudding mix, any flavor
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 8 ounces carton cool whip

How To Make smooth creamy frosting

  • Step 1
    Combine pudding, sugar and milk. Beat slowly with rotary beater. Beat 1 minute. Fold in cool whip. Spread over cake. Makes 4 cups.
