Ingredients

1/2 cbutter, softened

1-1/2 clight brown sugar

1 ccanned pumpkin
-
3eggs
-
2 cflour
-
2 tspbaking powder

1/4 tspbaking soda

1 tspcinnamon

1/4 tspnuymeg

121 oz can apple pie filling
-
·whipped cream
How to Make Slow-cooked pumpkin-apple cake
- In lg bowl, beat butter and brown sugar. Beat in pumpkin and eggs. In another bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Slowly beat butter mix into flour mix. Spoon pie filling into 6-quart slow cooker. Pour batter over filling. Cover, cook on high for 1-1/2 hrs. Garnish w/ whipped cream.
- Just a suggestion, but I always spray the inside of the slow cooker w/ cooking spray to prevent sticking.
