Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1-1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 3 - eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nuymeg
- 1 - 21 oz can apple pie filling
- - whipped cream
How To Make slow-cooked pumpkin-apple cake

Step 1In lg bowl, beat butter and brown sugar. Beat in pumpkin and eggs. In another bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Step 2Slowly beat butter mix into flour mix. Spoon pie filling into 6-quart slow cooker. Pour batter over filling. Cover, cook on high for 1-1/2 hrs. Garnish w/ whipped cream.

Step 3Just a suggestion, but I always spray the inside of the slow cooker w/ cooking spray to prevent sticking.
