Ingredients For ritz dessert

  • 4
    egg whites
  • 1/4 tsp
    cream of tartar
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 14
    ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 c
    chopped nuts
  • ice cream

How To Make ritz dessert

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 325 ˚F.
  • 2
    Beat egg whites with cream of tartar and sugar until stiff, but not dry. Add baking powder & vanilla, beat until mixed in. Fold in crushed crackers and nuts. Pour into an 8 ½ X 11 inch baking dish.

    Bake for 30-35 minutes. Let cool and cut into squares.

    Serve topped with ice cream.
