Ingredients

4 cups chopped rhubarb
1/2 cup sugar
1 box strawberry jell-o
1 box lemon cake mix
1 cup water
6 tablespoons melted butter

How To Make rhubarb dessert cake

Step 1

Layer rhubarb and sugar in 9 by 13-inch pan. Sprinkle on dry Jell-O, followed by dry cake mix.

Step 2

Pour water over the ingredients in pan and drizzle on the melted butter.
Step 3

Bake for 1 hour in a 350 F degree oven.
