pumpkin, canned or cooked
1 can(s)
evaporated milk
4 large
eggs
1/2 c
sugar
3/4 c
brown sugar
1 tsp
cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp
nutmeg,ginger and salt
1 box
yellow cake mix
1 1/2 stick
butter
1 c
chopped nuts (or almonds)

How to Make Pumpkin Pie Cake

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix all ingredients except cake mix,butter and nuts.
  • 2Pour pumpkin mixture in 9 by 13- inch pan.
  • 3Mix cake mix and butter like pie crust to make crumbs and sprinkle over pumpkin mixture.
  • 4Sprinkle on chopped nuts. Bake for one hour at 350 F.
    Cool and serve with Cool Whip.
