- 2 teaspoons grated orange zest
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
- 3 tablespoons orange juice
How To Make orange butter frosting for cakes

Step 1Cream butter until fluffy. Gradually add 1 c. icing sugar.

Step 2Add flavourings. Beat thoroughly. Add remaining sugar and orange juice alternately continuing to beat well until smoothly combined. Spread on cake.
