Ingredients
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon
- 3/4 cup ( 1 1/2 sticks) butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 package 3.4 oz. instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 package 3.4 z. instant butterscotch pudding mix
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 - eggs
- 1 cup water

Step 1Heat oven to350*. Butter a 9x13 inch pan. In a small bowl, combine walnuts and brown sugar; mix well. Set aside.

Step 2In another small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon; mix well.

Step 3In a large bowl; beat butter until fluffy. Add sugar and pudding mixes; beat until smooth. Beat in vanilla and eggs. Alternately add flour mixture and water, beating well after each addition. Pour half of the batter into the buttered pan; top with half the walnut mixture, cover with remaining batter and walnut mixture.

Step 4Bake at 350* for 40-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. serve warm......Enjoy!
