1 pkgactive dry yeast

sugar substitute for 1/3 cup sugar

1/2 cwater, warm

1egg

21/4 call-purpose flour

2 Tbsplow-fat margerine
-
2 Tbsplow-calorie orange marmalade

1/2 tspsalt

vegtable cooking spray
-
1/4 clow-fat margerine
-
1 Tbspgrated orange rind

1 Tbspunsweetened orange juice
How To Make oh la la orange streusel cake

1Dissolve yeast and 1/4 teasppon sugar substitute in warm water in a large bowl; let stand 5 minutes, add egg, beating well at medium speed of an electric mixer.

2Add 1 cup flour, 2 tablespoons melted margarine, marmalade, and salt. beat until smooth. gradually add 1 1/4 cups flour to make a soft dough, stirring until smooth.

3Turn dough out onto lightly floured surface, and knead until smooth and elastic(8 minutes). Place dough in a bowl coated with cooking spray, turning to grease top.

4Cover and let rise in a warm place, free from drafts, about 50 minutes or until doubled in size. punch dough down. press dough evenly into a 9-inch round or square baking pan coated with cooking spray.

5Combine remaining 1 teaspoon sugar substitute, remaining 1/2 cup flour, 1/4 cup melted margarine, orange rind, and orange juice; stir well, and sprinkle over dough. cover and let rise in a warm place, free from drafts for 25 min or until doubled in size.

6Bake at 375 f for 30 minutes or until a wooden pick comes out clean. serve warm ummmmm
