This is my favorite go to cake; for potlucks, church luncheons and birthday parties; It is so moist and flavorful! Enjoy :)

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa, unsweetened
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup miracle whip salad dressing
- 1 cup milk
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup hot water
- - frosting:
- 1 jar ready made frosting (i use white)
- 1 package 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 - small cool whip whipped topping
How To Make my chocolate cake

Step 1Mix all the cake ingredients together well; all but the hot water, add it lastly, stirring lightly as batter will be thin.. that's ok, this is a very moist cake!

Step 2Pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan, bake at 350* for 35 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean..

Step 3Cool Completely and Frost: Mix softened cream cheese with the frosting and beat with a mixer until smooth, add in the cool whip and continue beating with mixer to mix well!...
