Ingredients

  • 1 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 c
    almond meal
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 3 tsp
    instant coffee powder
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1/2 c
    honey
  • 2/3 c
    sugar
  • 3 large
    eggs, separated
  • 2 Tbsp
    gingerbread spices

How to Make GINGERBREAD BUNDTCAKE

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix flour, baking soda, almond meal and spices. Set aside.
  2. In a small sauce pan, boil until dissolved: butter, sugar, coffee, honey and milk. Let it cool.
  3. Add dry ingredients to the butter and honey mixture. Add an egg yolk one at the time.
  4. Beat egg whites until stiff and slowly add to the batter.
  5. Grease the Bundt cake pan. Bake for 50 minutes in a 350 degree preheated oven.
  6. This bundt cake comes with white vanilla frosting, but I like it with chocolate frosting too.
