Ingredients

1 c
all purpose flour
1 c
almond meal
1 1/2 tsp
baking soda
1 stick
butter
3 tsp
instant coffee powder
1/2 c
milk
1/2 c
honey
2/3 c
sugar
3 large
eggs, separated
2 Tbsp
gingerbread spices

How to Make GINGERBREAD BUNDTCAKE

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix flour, baking soda, almond meal and spices. Set aside.
  • 2In a small sauce pan, boil until dissolved: butter, sugar, coffee, honey and milk. Let it cool.
  • 3Add dry ingredients to the butter and honey mixture. Add an egg yolk one at the time.
  • 4Beat egg whites until stiff and slowly add to the batter.
  • 5Grease the Bundt cake pan. Bake for 50 minutes in a 350 degree preheated oven.
  • 6This bundt cake comes with white vanilla frosting, but I like it with chocolate frosting too.
