Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup almond meal
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 stick butter
- 3 teaspoons instant coffee powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs, separated
- 2 tablespoons gingerbread spices
How To Make gingerbread bundtcake

Step 1Mix flour, baking soda, almond meal and spices. Set aside.

Step 2In a small sauce pan, boil until dissolved: butter, sugar, coffee, honey and milk. Let it cool.

Step 3Add dry ingredients to the butter and honey mixture. Add an egg yolk one at the time.

Step 4Beat egg whites until stiff and slowly add to the batter.

Step 5Grease the Bundt cake pan. Bake for 50 minutes in a 350 degree preheated oven.

Step 6This bundt cake comes with white vanilla frosting, but I like it with chocolate frosting too.
