What better way for me to Share a Happy Valentine's Day with all of You as You sink your teeth into this Yummy Trifle! Chocolate and Cherries and Love!!! NOTE: *** Prep time does NOT include Chill time!!!

Ingredients
- FOR THE CAKE...
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 cup maraschino cherries
- 1/4 cup maraschino juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 large hersey's chocolate bar, chopped fine ( your choice of " nuts " bar if so desired )
- 1 1/2 sticks butter, room temperature
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, don't skimp on quality!!!
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- FOR THE TRIFLE PUDDING...
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream, whipped
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 2 cups blueberries, chopped
- 2 cups walnuts, chopped

Step 1*** Directions for the Cake Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Put all the cake ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, cayenne pepper, cocoa, butter, chopped chocolate, eggs, maraschino cherries, maraschino juice, vanilla, and sour cream into a Large bowl, beat mixture until you have a smooth, thick batter.

Step 3Pour batter into a 9" by 13" cake pan and bake until a cake is finished baking, ( tooth pick comes out clean ) which should be about 35 to 40 minutes, start checking at 25 minutes.

Step 4Place on a wire rack and let cool for 20 minutes before removing from pan.

Step 5Break cake into bite sized pieces and set a side.

Step 6*** Directions for the Pudding

Step 7In a large bowl, whisk the milk, water and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let stand for two minutes or until soft-set,add walnuts. Fold in the whipped cream.

Step 8To assemble, spread pudding mixture evenly in a 4-qt. glass bowl. Place cake pieces on top of pudding evenly.

Step 9Arrange the berries evenly over the cake layer.

Step 10Repeat pudding and cake layers to the top leaving room for the topping.

Step 11Top with remaining pudding mixture. Spoon remaining fruit on top.

Step 12Cover and refrigerate until serving.
