dark chocolate muffins
I've been on a chocolate fix for awhile. I'm sure you can guess that by the posted recipes, lol. Here's one I love for anytime, breakfast, snack, etc.

Ingredients
- 1-1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1-1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 cup fat-free milk
- 3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
How To Make dark chocolate muffins

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray 18 muffin cups w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine flours, sugars, cocoa powder and baking soda. Make a well in center of mix.

Step 2In another bowl, mix together milk, applesauce, oil, molasses, vinegar and vanilla. Add to flour mix. Stir until combined.

Step 3Stir in 1/2 the chocolate chips. Fill muffin cups just over 1/2 full. Sprinkle w/ remaining chocolate chips. Bake 15 mins.
