Cream margarine and sugar. Beat in eggs, sour cream and vanilla.
Sift flour, baking powder and baking soda. Beat into batter.
Spread half of the batter in a prepared 13x9 pan. Spoon pie filling over batter.
Spoon remaining batter over filling and spread carefully to cover.
Mix crumbs and sprinkle over batter.
Bake at 325 for 50 - 60 minutes.
