chocolate hazelnut babka with chocolate glaze
Babka means bundtcake in Polish.This is very good recipe.It's not to sweet.I bake this Babka often for Easter.I baked it today and I can't stop eating it.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 5 large eggs, separated
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate hazelnut spread
- 1 cup hazelnut meal or almond
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 1 stick butter,unsalted
- - chocolate glaze;
- 4 ounces dark chocolate
- 4 tablespoons butter
How To Make chocolate hazelnut babka with chocolate glaze

Step 1Mix butter and sugar with electric mixer until fluffy.Add hazelnut spread.Add egg yolks ,one at the time.

Step 2In separate bowl mix together the flour, baking powder, hazelnut meal and cocoa.

Step 3Add alternatively flour mixture and milk until combine.

Step 4Beat the egg whites until they form stiff pick.Add gently to hazelnut mixture.

Step 5Pour the dough to greased bundtcake pan and bake for 30 minutes in 320 F preheat oven.Then increase to 350 F and bake for another 30 minutes or until toothpick comes clean.

Step 6For the glaze: Melt the chocolate and butter in double boiler and glaze on top of cool cake.
