This is a lower fat version of a pie my aunt used to make. Even though it's lower in calories and fat, it is gooey and oh so yummy!

Ingredients
- 2 - 8 oz pkgs fat free cream cheese, softened
- 1 - 4 oz pkg sugar free, instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3/4 cup fat free plain yogurt, i used greek yogurt
- 1 cup fat free milk
- 1 - 9" reduced-fat graham cracker crust
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 tablespoons chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup sugar free caramel sundae topping, like smuckers

Step 1In lg bowl, beat cream cheese until creamy. Beat in pudding mix, yogurt, milk and vanilla.

Step 2Spread into crust. Cover, refrigerate 4 hrs. Drizzle w/ caramel sauce. Sprinkle w/ pecans.
