- CAKE
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 3/4 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3 - eggs
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 - apples
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 cup pecans, in pieces
- ICING
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make brown sugar apple cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Spray a bundt cake pan with cooking spray. Peel, core and thinly chop the apples. In a large mixing bowl mix all ingredients together except raisins and pecans, on high speed until very well blended. (about 3 minutes)

Step 2Stir in raisins and pecans until well distributed. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake at 325 degrees F. for 1 hour, or until a tooth pick inserted in the middle comes out clean.

Step 3When cake is completely cooled, invert it onto your serving platter then prepare the icing by stirring all ingredients together till of drizzling consistency. Drizzle all over the cake top.
