How to Make SIBERIAN COOKIES
- 1In a large bowl, beat eggs well and add sugar. Beat till sugar is dissolved, and add ground nuts.
- 2Gradually add flour, mixing with a spoon; then melted butter and cinnamon, mixing till well blended.
- 3Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a greased and floured cookie sheet. Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for about 10 minutes, till edges are just slightly brown.
- 4Cookies will be soft. Remove from cookie sheet and allow to harden.
