4 oz(about 1/3 cup) ground almonds
4 oz(about 1/3 cup) ground walnuts
1 call purpose flour
1 Tbspmelted butter
How to Make SIBERIAN COOKIES
- In a large bowl, beat eggs well and add sugar. Beat till sugar is dissolved, and add ground nuts.
- Gradually add flour, mixing with a spoon; then melted butter and cinnamon, mixing till well blended.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a greased and floured cookie sheet. Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for about 10 minutes, till edges are just slightly brown.
- Cookies will be soft. Remove from cookie sheet and allow to harden.
