Ingredients For siberian cookies

    eggs
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 4 oz
    (about 1/3 cup) ground almonds
  • 4 oz
    (about 1/3 cup) ground walnuts
  • 1 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp
    melted butter
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon

How To Make siberian cookies

    In a large bowl, beat eggs well and add sugar. Beat till sugar is dissolved, and add ground nuts.

    Gradually add flour, mixing with a spoon; then melted butter and cinnamon, mixing till well blended.

    Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a greased and floured cookie sheet. Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for about 10 minutes, till edges are just slightly brown.

    Cookies will be soft. Remove from cookie sheet and allow to harden.
