We are always looking for recipes to try and become a little bit healthier, and these fit right in. They are simple, delicious and very easy to make. Hope you will enjoy them as much as we do.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/4 cup ground golden flax seed (organic)
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 1/2 cup raw walnuts
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter, can be smooth or chuncky
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

How To Make raw peanut butter cookies

  • Step 1
    Place almonds and walnuts in the food processor or blender and process them until they become a fine powder. If you want the cookies to be a little bit crunchy, don’t process nuts long.
  • Step 2
    Add the peanut butter, vanilla, dates and salt into the food processor and process the ingredients until the mixture starts to form a dough.
  • Step 3
    Form the dough into balls and place on a sheet of parchment paper. Press each ball with a fork to make the classic peanut butter cookie pattern.
  • Step 4
    You can eat them right away and or wrap them up and let them chill in your fridge. Enjoy !
