Ingredients
- 1 cup medjool dates, pitted
- 1/4 cup ground golden flax seed (organic)
- 1/2 cup raw almonds
- 1/2 cup raw walnuts
- 1/2 cup peanut butter, can be smooth or chuncky
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
How To Make raw peanut butter cookies

Step 1Place almonds and walnuts in the food processor or blender and process them until they become a fine powder. If you want the cookies to be a little bit crunchy, don’t process nuts long.

Step 2Add the peanut butter, vanilla, dates and salt into the food processor and process the ingredients until the mixture starts to form a dough.

Step 3Form the dough into balls and place on a sheet of parchment paper. Press each ball with a fork to make the classic peanut butter cookie pattern.

Step 4You can eat them right away and or wrap them up and let them chill in your fridge. Enjoy !
