Makes 4 or 5 dozen
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter
- 1 package (12 oz.) chocolate chips
- 1 box (4 oz.) vanilla instant pudding
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 - eggs
- - nuts if desired
How To Make pudding chip cookies

Step 1In a large bowl, mix together butter, sugars, vanilla, eggs and pudding. Beat until smooth. Add flour and baking soda, then stir in chips and nuts (1/2 cup).

Step 2Drop by teaspoonful onto an ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.

Step 3Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden.
