Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) butter
  • 1 package (12 oz.) chocolate chips
  • 1 box (4 oz.) vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 - eggs
  • - nuts if desired

How To Make pudding chip cookies

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl, mix together butter, sugars, vanilla, eggs and pudding. Beat until smooth. Add flour and baking soda, then stir in chips and nuts (1/2 cup).
  • Step 2
    Drop by teaspoonful onto an ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
  • Step 3
    Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden.
