How to Make Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Step-by-Step

  • 1Line muffin cups with paper cupcake liners, it will make removing these easier even while warm. The recipe makes about 27 or so cookies.
  • 2Cream butter, sugars, then add egg, vanilla
  • 3Stir together flour, baking soda and salt, then stir into creamed mixture.
  • 4Use a disher that would measure out maybe a 1 inch ball. You could make balls. This particular one is about 1 1/4 inches across, quite small.
I get about 27 cookies with this size disher
  • 5Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 8 to 12 minutes, or until lightly browned.
  • 6Immediately on taking out, press a minature peanut butter cup in the middle.
