My mother always made these at Christmas when I was a kid and for wedding/baby showers. Everyone always loved them! I liked helping her make them because it was so good to snitch a bite or two!

6 oz. orange juice concentrate, thawed, undiluted
1 c
confectioners' sugar
1 c
finely chopped nuts, your choice ( i use pecans)
1 pkg
coconut, flaked sweetened

How to Make Orange Blossom Balls

Step-by-Step

  • 1Crush vanilla wafers very fine. Mix with sugar
  • 2Add undiluted juice and nuts. Mix well.
  • 3Shape into small balls. Roll in coconut.
  • 4Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
