The other day I made my first oat milk. It was delicious. But it left behind a 1/2 cup of pulp. The original recipe said to use in bread or oatmeal. I was making neither. But I make cookies every 2-3 days so I simply created a recipe to use it.

I loved them they are light like angel wings and tasted amazing. Eric on the other hand likes seeds in his cookies so he wasn't as happy. So try them and let me know what you think. I am definitely making these again. maybe adding seeds to his half.
