I love these cookies because they are low fat and very flavorful. One of my down falls is good cookies. Sorry no picture, but to hot to bake right now.

Ingredients
- 21/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1t teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
- 3/4 cup sugar free applesauce
- 1 tablespoon real butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar, or splenda
- 1/4 cup dark molasses
- 1 - egg
How To Make fresh ginger cookies

Step 1Mix all dry ingredients together.

Step 2Mix all wet ingredients together.

Step 3Combine wet with the dry just enough for all to be combined.

Step 4Place by teaspoons full on cookie sheet and bake @350 for 11 minutes or until done.
