I love these cookies because they are low fat and very flavorful. One of my down falls is good cookies. Sorry no picture, but to hot to bake right now.

  • 21/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1t tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh ginger, grated
  • 3/4 c
    sugar free applesauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    real butter, melted
  • 1 c
    sugar, or splenda
  • 1/4 c
    dark molasses
  • 1

How to Make Fresh Ginger Cookies


  1. Mix all dry ingredients together.
  2. Mix all wet ingredients together.
  3. Combine wet with the dry just enough for all to be combined.
  4. Place by teaspoons full on cookie sheet and bake @350 for 11 minutes or until done.
