This is one of the easiest cookie recipes you'll ever make...and oooh are they ever good.

Ingredients

18 ounces jar of peanut butter
1 1/4 cups sugar (or splenda)
2 - eggs
9 ounces pkg. of hershey kisses

How To Make flourless peanut butter kisses (cookies)

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Stir all ingredients together; except kisses. Roll into 1 1/4" balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from oven and place a kiss in the center of each cookie. Cool 1 to 2 minutes before removing from cookie sheet.

Step 2

OPTION: Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
