flat belly peanut butter cookies
I got this recipe out of Flat Belly Diet! Family Cookbook by Liz Vaccariello. They are really easy to make and taste delicious. My kids eat them up!

Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
- 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 - egg, lightly beaten
- - flour, for rolling
How To Make flat belly peanut butter cookies

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degress Farenheit.

Step 2Add all ingredients in a medium - large mixing bowl. Use mixer to mix until completely combined.

Step 3Using flour on your hands, roll mix into small balls and place on large baking sheet.

Step 4Using a fork, press into balls, making a criss-cross pattern.

Step 5Bake for 10-12 minutes, depending on your oven. Let cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes before tranferring to cooling rack.
