flat belly peanut butter cookies

I got this recipe out of Flat Belly Diet! Family Cookbook by Liz Vaccariello. They are really easy to make and taste delicious. My kids eat them up!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
  • 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 - egg, lightly beaten
  • - flour, for rolling

How To Make flat belly peanut butter cookies

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degress Farenheit.
  • Step 2
    Add all ingredients in a medium - large mixing bowl. Use mixer to mix until completely combined.
  • Step 3
    Using flour on your hands, roll mix into small balls and place on large baking sheet.
  • Step 4
    Using a fork, press into balls, making a criss-cross pattern.
  • Step 5
    Bake for 10-12 minutes, depending on your oven. Let cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes before tranferring to cooling rack.
  • Step 6
    Enjoy!
