I got this recipe out of Flat Belly Diet! Family Cookbook by Liz Vaccariello. They are really easy to make and taste delicious. My kids eat them up!

Ingredients

1 c
brown sugar, lightly packed
1 c
crunchy peanut butter
1/2 tsp
baking soda
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1
egg, lightly beaten
flour, for rolling

How to Make Flat Belly Peanut Butter Cookies

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degress Farenheit.
  • 2Add all ingredients in a medium - large mixing bowl. Use mixer to mix until completely combined.
  • 3Using flour on your hands, roll mix into small balls and place on large baking sheet.
  • 4Using a fork, press into balls, making a criss-cross pattern.
  • 5Bake for 10-12 minutes, depending on your oven. Let cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes before tranferring to cooling rack.
  • 6Enjoy!
