I got this recipe out of Flat Belly Diet! Family Cookbook by Liz Vaccariello. They are really easy to make and taste delicious. My kids eat them up!

Ingredients

  • 1 c
    brown sugar, lightly packed
  • 1 c
    crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1
    egg, lightly beaten
  • ·
    flour, for rolling

How to Make Flat Belly Peanut Butter Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degress Farenheit.
  2. Add all ingredients in a medium - large mixing bowl. Use mixer to mix until completely combined.
  3. Using flour on your hands, roll mix into small balls and place on large baking sheet.
  4. Using a fork, press into balls, making a criss-cross pattern.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, depending on your oven. Let cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes before tranferring to cooling rack.
  6. Enjoy!
